CONTRACT OF PRIVACY POLICY RIFTCAT SP. Z. O.O.

Hereunder contract of privacy policy regulates the manner in which RiftCat Sp. z o.o., who is the Personal Data Administrator (hereinafter: Administrator) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of users (each as "User"). Contact The privacy policy applies to the mobile application controlled by RiftCat  Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: "Application") and all products and services offered as part of it by RiftCat Sp. z o.o.

PURPOSES AND BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING

 All personal data of RiftCat Sp. z o.o. processes, primarily in order for the User to use the solutions offered by the Administrator. We may process personal data if it is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests, i.e. for the purposes of marketing services and own products. We also process some data when we are obliged to do so by law, e.g. for accounting or tax purposes. Users may always refuse to provide personal identification information, except that this may prevent them from engaging in certain App-related activities.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is Regulation number (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 with regard to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and avoidance of a deed Directive number 95/46/ EC (General Data Protection Regulation), which defines the basis for the collection and further processing of personal data, as well as the relevant national laws, including in particular the Act of May 10, 2018, the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of Republic of Poland of 2019 item 1781, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of Republic of Poland of 2020, item 344, as amended).

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGED OF 13

Services offered by the Administrator are intended for those who are at least 18 years of age, as specified in the Terms of Use. With this in mind, persons under the age of 18 who have declared that they are over 18 use the services offered by the Administrator at their own risk. Persons who are under 13 years of age should not consent to the processing of personal data collected by the Administrator, as the Administrator does not knowingly collect data from those under 13 years of age. If the Administrator becomes aware that a person under the age of 13 has provided him/her with personal data, such data will be deleted immediately.

TYPES OF DATA THAT ARE COLLECTED AND PROCESSED

The Administrator processes the data that the User enters or otherwise makes available to him as a matter of using the Application. These are primary data that enable the use of services offered by RiftCat Sp. z o.o., i.e. e.g. from the game (in particular, these data include the User's name and/or e-mail address). If the User contacts the Administrator via email at: support@transportico.net, RiftCat Sp. z o.o. will be collecting the data that has been provided to it by the User thereby.

In the situation of the User entering into using the Game via a platform belonging to a third party, e.g. Facebook, Google, RiftCat sp. z o.o. may come into possession of some information provided by the User using the above-mentioned platforms of other entities.

RiftCat sp. z o.o. collects data on purchases made by Users through payment processing partners who are cooperating with RiftCat sp. z o.o., such as the User's contact details, e.g. e-mail address, name, and surname, etc. These data, however, do not include financial data, such as credit card numbers.

RiftCat sp. z o.o. processes only the data which are necessary to use the offered solutions and never requests sensitive data.

ADVERTISING PARTNERS

RiftCat sp. z o.o. within the scope of the services provided by itself also cooperates with Partners, which are, among others, advertising networks operating on the Internet advertising market, which use a model based on the automation of sales and purchase of Internet advertising. Such Partners include: ADColony, AppLovin, InMobi, Chartboost, UnityAds, Pub MoPub, AdMob, Tapjoy, Meta Audience Network, Digital Turbine and others. Accordingly, when you use the services provided by RiftCat sp. z o.o., links to other websites belonging to Advertising Partners may appear on the website. These websites are not supervised by the Administrator in any way. These websites have their own privacy policies and regulations, which we recommend that you familiarize yourself with. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF USER DATA AUTOMATICALLY (PROFILING)

RiftCat sp. z o.o. collects some User data automatically. This information relates to the ways in which the User interacts with the Application, such as when and for how long the User plays the game, what features he or she uses, what players the User plays with, what their game progress and scores are, and what purchases the User makes within the game.

These data may also include e.g. information on how the User uses the services offered by RiftCat sp. z o.o., the type of device used by the User when using the Application, type of software, name of the Internet service provider, IP address, etc.

Based on the above information, RiftCat sp. z o.o. may automatically profile and segment the User's data in order to display personalized advertisements in the game that will be tailored to his preferences or needs. RiftCat sp. z o.o. may make automatic decisions regarding whether to display a given advertisement to a given User or not. The legal basis for such processing is the binding RiftCat sp. z o.o. and the User, an agreement for the provision of electronic services (Regulations), and the legitimate interest of RiftCat sp. z o.o.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

We store all data during the period of using by the User the solutions offered by the Administrator that is for the time necessary to perform the contract, with the proviso to the obligations imposed on the Administrator by law. These data may be stored for longer when special regulations oblige it. In a situation where the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, the data shall be stored until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than for a period of 25 months since the date of the User’s consent. After this period, the Administrator delates the User’s data from its database, unless the User renews his/her consent to the processing of his/her data.

SHARING PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

The Administrator may provide the User's personal data without the User's consent to third parties, i.e. inter alia, marketing agencies, external IT service providers, entities supporting RiftCat sp. z o.o. in correspondence handling, legal services, consulting or advisory services only to the extent necessary for the performance of the agreements between the Administrator and the third party, i.e. inter alia, for the purposes of accounting services or services related to the operation and maintenance of the Application (hereinafter: Partners). The Partners of RiftCat sp. z o.o. process User Data in accordance with the guidelines set out in the agreements concluded with RiftCat sp. z o.o.

As the RiftCat sp. z o.o. The Application is global in nature, User Data may be transferred to various locations around the world, however, RiftCat sp. z o.o. shall exercise due diligence to verify its Partners' use of appropriate safeguards for the storage and collection of personal data.

USER RIGHTS

A User may request to have his/her personal data removed from the Administrator's database at any time. The User may also revoke their consent to the processing of their data at any time. In the event that the processed data is factually inaccurate or incomplete, the User has the right to request its rectification or completion. At any time, the User may request the transfer of all his/her data processed by the Administrator. The User has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data. The objection is lodged with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The User's consent for the processing and use of his/her personal data by RiftCat sp. z o.o. is a condition for the conclusion of an agreement (including the use of services under the terms specified in separate regulations) and constitutes a statutory requirement for the fulfillment of obligations arising by law. Failure to provide personal data by the User will result in the inability to use the Application.

CHANGE OF PRIVACY POLICY

RiftCat ps. z. o.o. may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in each case to ensure lawful processing and protection of your personal data. When a change is made, there will be a date update at the bottom of this page. Users are encouraged to check this document frequently for any changes to stay informed about how we help protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of any modifications.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY

By using the RiftCat sp. z o.o. Application, the User agrees to the principles stated in this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree with these rules, the User should not use the Application. The User's continued use of the Application, after the changes have been published, will be deemed to be acceptance of the changes.
